Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Contract Duration: 3 Months
Compensation: ₦400,000 (Total for the Contract Duration)
Location: Remote

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity UI mockups for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user research.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
