About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to promote our lounge and enhance our online presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent content creation skills, and the flexibility to work during evenings and night hours to capture the essence of the lounge experience in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that reflect the lounge's ambiance and events.
- Create content schedules and calendars to maintain consistent posting.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the lounge’s presence on social media platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster customer engagement.
- Event Promotion:
- Collaborate with the events team to promote special nights, live performances, and promotions through social media campaigns.
- Attend events to capture live content and share real-time updates.
- Analytics and Strategy:
- Monitor social media performance and generate reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing and management teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Partner with influencers and local personalities to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with excellent photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and nights to capture and post real-time content.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising is required.
