Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
