Job Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: N300,000 - N500,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to a C-suite executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services or proven experience working closely with senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion. This role involves handling high-priority tasks and managing responsibilities that allow the executive to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Serve as the right hand to the C-suite executive, managing their schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Task Delegation: Handle critical tasks and responsibilities on behalf of the executive, ensuring seamless execution of projects and day-to-day activities.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, board members, and senior leadership, ensuring smooth communication.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actionable items.
- Project Oversight: Assist in managing and monitoring key projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with organizational goals.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Crisis Management: Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and proactively provide solutions to mitigate risks and address issues before they arise.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance collaboration and trust.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency within the executive’s office.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for experience in financial services or working directly with C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of corporate operations and executive-level interactions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
