Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Ecommerce, process improvement, and learning the intricacies of online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Support the processing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating restocking activities.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth product delivery and quality assurance.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implementing solutions.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in coordination with the support team.
• Data Analysis: Compile and analyze operational data to identify trends and improve performance metrics.
• Administrative Support: Maintain records, update databases, and assist with operational documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with e-commerce tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
