Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (NYSC)
Salary: N70,000
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven NYSC Corps Member to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and promote our real estate offerings. Previous experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the real estate industry, will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Support the sales team in managing client relationships, identifying potential leads, and closing property sales.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s properties and services.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Attend to client inquiries, provide property details, and guide them through the sales process.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and property showcases.
- Reporting: Prepare sales and marketing reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the team
Job Requirement:
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, and Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing (especially in the real estate industry) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
