Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 plus 10% commission.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with expertise in real to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales and marketing, with 2-3 years of experience and a degree in Estate Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote properties.
• Create and manage online and offline marketing materials, including listings, and brochures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through proactive sales efforts.

Job Requirement:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
