Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000
Job Overview
We are a forward-thinking logistics company specializing in mobility solutions. Our mission is to drive sustainable logistics practices, and we are Customer Experience Specialist,who will drive growth and partnerships in the logistics space.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the operations, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Educate customers about our services, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer service in logistics or Transportation Company will be an advantage.
- A strong proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
