Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist with experience in managing social media platforms to join our team. This dual role combines front-office management and administrative support with the opportunity to develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management & Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully functional at all times.
  • Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Supervise facility maintenance, liaising with service providers to address issues promptly.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth.
  • Stay informed about trends and industry developments to optimize content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with company goals and branding.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with creating presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
  • Support the team in planning and executing company events or meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an office manager, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail for both office management and social media tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a significant advantage.
