Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The Waitress will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
2. Provide information about daily specials, menu items, and promotions.
3. Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring any special dietary requirements or preferences are noted.
4. Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all food and drinks are served to the correct guests.
5. Follow up to ensure everything is to their satisfaction.
6. Assist with Menu Selection: Offer suggestions based on guests’ preferences, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and portions.
7. Maintain Table Cleanliness: Regularly check on tables to clear away used plates, utensils, and glasses. Reset tables for the next guests.
8. Process Payments: Provide accurate bills, handle cash and credit card transactions, and return change or receipts to guests.
9. Handle Complaints and Issues: Address any concerns or complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
10. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
11. Follow Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Job Requirement:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a waitress or server, is required.
