Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Salary: N70,000 - N100,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of our events and cocktail delivery business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between event planning, logistics, and cocktail delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Execution:
Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring seamless operations from setup to breakdown.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure timely delivery of event materials and cocktails.
Oversee logistics for event venues, including permits, equipment, and staffing.
Cocktail Delivery Management:
Supervise the preparation, packaging, and on-time delivery of cocktails.
Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients and packaging materials.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the freshness and presentation of cocktails.
Operations & Logistics:
Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Schedule and oversee staff assignments for both event setups and delivery logistics.
Monitor and maintain company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Customer Service & Compliance:
Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or event management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
