Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Account Manager to join our team and help manage key projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, track, and execute project plans.

 Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.

 Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong and professional relationships.

 Gather client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensure proper implementation.

 Proactively identify project risks and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.

 Ensure clear communication across departments regarding project updates, timelines, and client expectations.

 Track performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

 Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support business development efforts.

Job Requirement:

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.

 2–3 years of proven experience in project management or account management within the fintech or finance industry.

 Strong understanding of project lifecycle, client management, and financial products or services.

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar).

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
