We're growing rapidly, and now, we’re looking for a dynamic Fundraising and Business Growth Specialist to help us scale further and shape the future of fintech.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Fundraising Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to secure funding from investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and institutional backers.
• Investor Relations: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing investors, delivering compelling pitches and regular updates.
• Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing fintech trends, market needs, and competitor activities.
• Growth Strategies: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Partnership Development: Identify and build partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on fundraising progress and growth metrics, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.

• Experience: Proven track record in fundraising, business development, or growth roles within fintech or related industries.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and business cases.
