Job Title: Brand and Public Relations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Brand and Public Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the fintech or banking industry and possess building a strong, consistent, and compelling brand presence across all touch points.

Responsibilities

 Develop and execute strategic branding initiatives that align with the company’s mission and market positioning in the fintech and finance industry.

 Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visual elements, and messaging across all channels.

 Lead and manage brand campaigns to increase awareness, recognition, and trust in the company’s brand.

 Manage press releases, media events, and crisis communications.

 Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and communications teams to align brand messaging with business objectives.

 Oversee the creation and quality control of marketing materials (digital and print) to ensure brand consistency.

 Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and brand audits to identify gaps and opportunities for brand improvement.

 Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and branding consultants as needed.

 Build and maintain relationships with media outlets.

 Monitor brand sentiment and industry news.

 Track and report on brand performance metrics and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

 3–5 years of proven experience in brand management within the fintech or finance industry.

 Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in brand design tools and marketing platforms is an added advantage.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
