We are seeking a talented and dedicated Production Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the production process. This role will involve assisting our production team in various tasks, including tailoring, garment preparation, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Assist tailors with alterations and repairs

• Prepare garments for production, including labeling and sorting

• Conduct quality checks on finished products

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Assist with inventory management

• Support the production team in achieving deadlines

Qualifications:

• Basic tailoring skills, including knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational skills

• Positive and team-oriented attitude

• Experience in the fashion industry is preferred but not required.
