Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication and project management skills, and a proven track record of driving marketing results in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
2. Manage Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, visual merchandising, and e-commerce, to align marketing strategies and drive business results.
4. Analyze Marketing Data: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.
5. Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
6. Manage and Optimize E-commerce Platform: Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform to improve user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Fashion Industry Trends: Stay informed about fashion industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
8. Collaborate with Influencers and Partners: Collaborate with influencers, partners, and suppliers to drive brand awareness and sales.
9. Manage and Analyze Customer Data: Manage and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
10. Develop and Manage Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage loyalty programs to reward customers and drive retention.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
2. Marketing Experience: Minimum 3years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
3. Proven Marketing Results: Proven track record of driving marketing results, including sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
4. Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong Analytical and Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools.
6. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, including current trends, designers, and brands
