Job Title: Business Manager (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the daily operations, strategic growth, and financial performance of our fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an understanding of the fashion industry, keen business acumen, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining the brand’s vision and values. As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing cross-functional teams, developing business strategies, ensuring financial health, and driving growth through innovative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the brand.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
o Work closely with the executive team to set long-term goals and objectives.
Operations Management:
o Coordinate day-to-day operations across various departments, including design, production, marketing, and retail.
o Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and distribution to ensure timely product availability.
o Ensure that all operations are aligned with brand standards and business goals.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
o Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
o Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
Brand Development and Marketing:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand positioning, campaigns, and partnerships.
o Ensure the brand’s voice, image, and messaging are consistent across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
o Help identify new market opportunities and target demographics to expand the brand’s reach.
Customer Experience:
o Ensure exceptional customer service and overall brand experience, both in-store and online.
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine products, services, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a business management or operations role, preferably within the fashion industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including trends, production processes, and retail strategies.
Proven ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, retail management, and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
