Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Salary: ₦300,000 (plus HMO and commission)

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving our growth by creating and selling real estate and

investment products, engaging potential clients and investors, and building long-lasting relationships that foster trust and

collaboration. The role requires a unique blend of creativity, financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-

on leadership in front of the camera and during face-to-face client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Develop innovative financial and investment products that align with Urban Living's real estate and investment offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to shape offerings that appeal to investors and clients in the real estate industry.

- Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, including high- net-worth clients and institutional investors.

- Develop, manage, and nurture strong client relationships.

- Create and present professional investment pitches for potential clients and investors.

- Conduct in-depth research to understand market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in real estate, infrastructure development, and investment.

- Provide clients and investors with expert financial insight and recommendations based on market data and analysis.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related Field.

- A Specialized certification in Business Development or Real Estate Management is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, investment management, or a similar role

within real estate, infrastructure, or finance.

- Demonstrable experience in crafting financial products and investment pitches.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Comprehensive understanding of the industry
