Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Producer with 2–3 years of experience in the fintech or finance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content for our digital marketing and social media campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is communicated visually across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

 Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

 Oversee all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site direction, and post-production editing.

 Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop creative video concepts that support business objectives.

 Ensure all video content aligns with company’s brand guidelines, voice, and tone.

 Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools in video marketing, especially within the fintech space.

 Manage video assets, ensuring timely delivery and archiving for future use.

 Optimize video content for performance on various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Requirements

 2–3 years of proven experience in video production, preferably within the fintech or finance industry.

 Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

 Strong storytelling skills with a creative eye for detail, framing, and pacing.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Portfolio of previous video work is required.
