Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or banking and possess a strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and techniques. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Utilize data analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to align marketing efforts with product roadmap and business objectives.
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
Monitor and optimize conversion funnels to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets, including landing pages, banners, and ad copy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or banking industry.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
