Job Title: Operational Process Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Process Improvement Expert to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and project management, with a proven track record of conducting internal process reviews, redesign and analysis. This role requires exceptional advisory skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive internal process reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Analyze operational performance by using strong analytical skills to assess data related to operational performance and identify trends and insights.

• Recommend actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice on operational best practices.

• Influence decision-making at all levels of the organization to drive process improvements and align operational strategies with business objectives.

• Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in operations management, project management, MBA or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in conducting internal process reviews and analysis.

• Exceptional advisory skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good knowledge of internal operational processes in a similar project environment.

• Experience using process design software is an advantage

• Project Management: Expertise in organizing and leading projects effectively.

• Data Analysis: Ability to gather and interpret data to support decisions.
