Job Title: Operations Associate (Mid- Level)

Location: Remote

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading operations specialists in a fast-paced fintech or banking environment. The Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently while driving growth for the organization. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of operations specialists in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
• Foster a culture of growth and forward-thinking within the team
• Embrace technology and leverage it to streamline operations
• Take complete ownership of the operations function and deliver results
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, must be in fintech or banking
• Proven track record of driving growth and process improvement
• Strong tech-savvy skills and experience with technology tools, systems, and processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A startup mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
