Job Overview
We are a reputable real estate company currently seeking an experienced Estate Surveyor with a minimum of three years of solid experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals.
• Manage real estate transactions, leases, and property sales.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Advise clients on property investments and management.
• Prepare property reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in estate surveying.
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, or Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property valuation, and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong skills in valuation and data analysis.
• Candidates must reside on the island.
