Salary: N500,000

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced operations supervisor to help us implement the right processes across the company and enable business growth. You’ll assess our departments’ operational methods and propose ways to improve them.

To succeed in this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. Solid knowledge of the technical operations is required for this role.

Core Functions

1. Manage the Operations of the company

2. Keep track of all operational registers and ensure they are updated

3. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team

Functions

1. Travel Operations

a. Supervise travel-related processes to ensure timely delivery of services.

b. Coordinate with travel teams to optimize client experience and streamline

workflows.

c. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

d. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions,

including R&T, destination management and customer support.

e. Engage clients and leads to manage their needs and expectations.

2. Data & Records Management

a. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates across all operational

databases.

b. Analyze operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.

c. Implement best practices for secure and efficient data management.

3. Sales Management

a. Support sales teams by providing operational guidance and resources.

b. Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals.

c. Work closely with sales leadership to enhance processes and drive revenue growth.

d. Analyze business requirements and customer needs.

4. Media & Brand Communications

a. Coordinate with marketing and media teams to ensure consistent brand

messaging.

b. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and monitor their impact on

operations.

c. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance brand presence and

communication strategies.

5. Monitoring & Evaluation

a. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

b. Research & Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

c. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation

Job Requirement:

1. Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.

2. Hands-on experience implementing operational processes.

3. Excellent project management skills.

4. Knowledge of operational principles and policies.

5. Team leadership

6. Acute understanding of Destination Management regulations.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Proficiency with CRM, Project Management & Collaboration tools such as TickTick, Slack and More.

9. Professional attitude and appearance.

10. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

11. Customer service attitude.

12. University degree; additional certification in ICAO/NCAA is a plus
