Programme Overview
The driver training programme is designed to equip drivers with the skills, knowledge, and attitude required to provide excellent customer service, operate vehicles safely, and maintain them effectively.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Facilitators to handle our driver training programme. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, providing feedback and support to trainees, and contributing to the overall success of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions on customer service, vehicle operation, safety, and maintenance.
2. Training Materials: Review and familiarize yourself with training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
3. Trainee Support: Provide feedback and support to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess trainee performance and provide feedback, evaluating their understanding of the training material.
5. Reporting: Submit reports on training sessions, including attendance, assessment results, and any challenges or issues encountered.

Job Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or education.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in training and facilitation, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
4. Certifications: Training and facilitation certifications, are an added advantage.
