Job Title: Estate Surveyor Intern
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: N70,000
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, valuation, and real estate development. The ideal candidate will support our estate management operations while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Valuation:
- Assist in conducting property appraisals and valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Property Management:
- Support the management of property portfolios, including lease agreements, tenant relations, and maintenance oversight.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to gather data on property trends, pricing, and market dynamics to support decision-making.
- Site Inspections:
- Participate in property site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property transactions and valuations.
- Client Engagement:
- Provide professional advice and support to clients regarding property-related inquiries and solutions.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and other necessary documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper in Estate Surveying or Estate Management
- Previous experience working as an Estate Surveyor in a real estate company will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with property valuation tools and software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
