Salary: N70,000

We are a forward-thinking logistics company specializing in mobility solutions. Our mission is to drive sustainable logistics practices, and we are seeking a Customer Experience Executive (Intern) , who will drive growth and partnerships in the logistics space.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat channels under the supervision of the customer experience team.
• Support the team in maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers.
• Assist in documenting and tracking customer complaints and concerns. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance customer experience processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
