Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our services.
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, and copy) tailored to our target audience across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to guide future strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and logistics industries to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media campaigns with business goals.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Enthusiastic, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
