Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the supermarket industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store partners.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products to supermarkets and retail outlets.
• Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Maintain and expand a database of supermarket clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing activities in stores.
• Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, including customer feedback and product suggestions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall company revenue goals.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the supermarket or retail sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
