Job Title: Driver Experience Executive 

Salary: N150,000 - N250,000

Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos

We are a dynamic and growing mobility business specializing in valet services and license/registration facilitation. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. We are currently looking for an experienced Driver Experience Executive to work with our esteemed organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.

Conduct orientation sessions to educate drivers about company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. 

Foster strong, positive relationships with drivers to build trust and engagement.

Regularly check in with drivers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels. 

Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for reference and improvement purposes.

Provide regular performance feedback and develop personalized improvement plans when necessary.

Stay updated on logistics trends and best practices to continuously improve the driver experience.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Human Resources, or any business related field.

2-3 years of experience  in operations or customer service, in a logistics company. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
