Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will have experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
