Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our fashion store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. The GM will lead a team of sales associates, assistant managers, and other support staff to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer loyalty, and enhance the overall customer experience.
2. Lead and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
3. Operational Excellence: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store appearance.
4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction.
5. Analytical and Business Acumen: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the regional manager, other store managers, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
2. Masters  Degree will be an added advantage
3. Retail Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
4. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
5. Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Analytical and Business Acumen Skills: Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
7. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
