Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer will ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services by designing, implementing, and maintaining testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product functionality and performance meet company standards.
Conduct manual and automated testing across different platforms to identify defects and areas of improvement.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Evaluate and enhance Quality Assurance processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry best practices and tools to maintain high-quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports on testing results, defects, and overall product quality.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure products adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or any tech- related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a QA or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Test Rail).
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration practices.
