Job Title: HR Manager (Permanent Role)

Salary: ₦450,000 Gross

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dynamic HR Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for an individual who has a strong foundation in Human Resources with a specific focus on HR generalist functions and Learning & Development (L&D). As part of the team, the successful candidate will be exposed to proprietary HR solutions and will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of our HR strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry standards.
    Lead the Learning & Development function, ensuring that training programs are aligned with employee development needs and organizational objectives.
    Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management activities.
    Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
    Manage HR data and employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives and provide guidance on employee performance and development.
  • Exposure to and participation in the implementation of proprietary HR solutions.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR management, with a strong focus on HR generalist duties and Learning & Development (L&D).
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR technology and tools will be an added advantage.
