Job Title: Laundry Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Salary: ₦130,000


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the laundry, ensuring high standards in washing, drying, folding, and finishing.
• Report any equipment malfunctions promptly and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage the inventory of detergents and other materials, ensuring sufficient stock for smooth operations.
• Supervise the entire laundry process and ensure consistent service quality throughout the day.
• Handle customer complaints related to laundry services professionally, and communicate relevant feedback to management.
• Brief and direct laundry staff daily, ensuring special care is taken with guest laundry requests and specific instructions.
• Control the workflow by effectively coordinating work assignments among the team.
• Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to address issues between staff and customers.
• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries and service requests.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and finishing processes.
• Good understanding of laundry machinery and the ability to manage and troubleshoot minor repairs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ability to ensure sufficient stock levels of detergents and other supplies.
