Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Officer to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving lead generation strategies, supporting sales efforts, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer relationships within the HR consulting and tech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and be skilled in utilizing CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation
Identify target markets and develop buyer personas to define the ideal customer profile.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and attending industry events.

Sales Outreach
Support sales processes to drive better outcomes and increase revenue.
Provide sales representatives with marketing collateral and resources to enhance their outreach efforts.

Product Demonstrations & Consultations
Conduct process assessments and product demos to showcase HR SaaS solutions and consulting services.
Align product offerings with customer needs during consultations.

Proposals & Quotations
Prepare tailored proposals and quotations based on customer needs and discussion outcomes.

Follow-Up & Negotiation
Send customized follow-up emails to gather feedback from prospects at various stages of the lead pipeline.
Negotiate terms and pricing where necessary to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Ensure all communications and data are updated in the CRM for easy access and reference.

Sales Operations
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to management.
Lead the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to achieve targets and maximize profitability.

Strategy Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies that promote revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Job Requirement:

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a sales, marketing or lead generation.
Strong experience in lead generation, sales outreach, and CRM management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with HR SaaS products and consulting services is a plus.
