Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Accountant with expertise in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Generate regular reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and other management reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and property-related expenses.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, WHT, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing activities.
• Streamline financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with real estate accounting practices, lease accounting, and property management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
