Position: Public Relations Officer

Location: Ologolo, Lekki, Lagos

Salary: N75,000 - N100,000

Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, enhancing their experience, and ensuring their loyalty to the lounge. This includes creating and managing a customer database, planning and executing themed events, managing social media presence, and promoting the lounge’s offerings to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to ensure they are enjoying their time and making purchases.
Build and maintain a customer database to foster loyalty and track preferences.
Suggest and plan creative themed events to attract and retain patrons.
Manage the lounge’s social media accounts, including creating and posting engaging content.
Respond to inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction and propose strategies for enhancing the guest experience.
Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
Assist with promotional activities and serve as the lounge's brand ambassador.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM – Midnight
Requirements:

Proven experience in public relations, hospitality, or event planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Creativity and the ability to suggest unique event ideas.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
