In this role, you will oversee the driver onboarding process, verify all required documentation, and ensure drivers meet our high standards of service and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough verification of driver documents, including licenses, certifications, and identification.
• Facilitate driver onboarding sessions, providing guidance on company policies and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to driver verification and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of driver details and verification processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during the onboarding process.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless integration of drivers into the platform.
• Monitor and update verification procedures to align with industry standards and company goals.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in a mobility company.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the mobility and transportation industry is essential.
