Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Data Analytics to lead our analytics team, drive data-driven decision-making, and shape the future of travel through insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy to support business objectives.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across all business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain advanced analytics tools and platforms to optimize data processes and visualization.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategy and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations, prioritizing data security and privacy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on analytics initiatives' impact on business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within data analytics, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong understanding of data architecture and predictive analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, fostering a results-driven and innovative work environment.
