Job Description: We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you’ll create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, help them find the perfect look, and keep our store beautifully organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection and styling advice
- Process transactions and manage returns
- Maintain an organized, clean store and arrange displays
- Assist with stock management and support during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and eager to help customers
- An eye for fashion and ability to give styling advice
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
