Job Description:We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Assistant to deliver excellent service, assist with product selection, and support daily store functions. This role also includes contributing to business development and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock control, process payments, and maintain product displays
• Assist customers, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries
• Maintain store cleanliness, handle refunds, and monitor for security
• Coordinate with the store owner, clients, and team; follow up with clients
• Support marketing efforts and contribute business development ideas

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm 
• Detail-oriented with basic stock and cash handling knowledge
