Job Title: Accountant

Location: Agungi Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)

Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦500,000 per month

We are a leading mobility technology company focused on providing reliable driver management services and innovative transportation solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our growing team and help manage the financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Handle payroll for over 200 drivers, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
2. Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
3. Invoicing: Prepare and manage invoicing for clients, ensuring timely payment and tracking.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
6. Tax Filing and Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing.
7. Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
8. Cost Control and Expense Monitoring: Track company expenses and ensure efficient cost management.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
2. A professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is required.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
4. Excellent understanding of payroll systems and tax regulations.
5. Proven experience in account reconciliation and client invoicing.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
8. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
