Salary: N50,000 - N70,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to manage transactions at our restaurant. The Cashier will handle cash, credit card transactions, process payments, and provide excellent customer service to guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable with handling money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering their questions.
3. Process orders, issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges.
4. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure balances are correct.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
6. Resolve any payment or customer-related issues promptly.
7. Follow company policies on cash handling and register operations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a cashier or retail experience is required.
2. Basic math and computer skills.
3. Ability to handle POS machine.
4. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
