Job Title: Customer Success Intern (NYSC)

Salary: N50,000

We are an innovative fintech company dedicated to transforming financial services through cutting-edge technology. We empower businesses and individuals with efficient financial solutions, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Customer Success Intern (NYSC) to join our team. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our customer base by assisting with onboarding, providing ongoing support, and addressing customer queries. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our fintech products.

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses through email, phone, and chat.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customers are aware of and using all relevant features of our products.

• Monitor customer accounts to proactively identify issues and work towards resolving them.

• Conduct customer feedback surveys and assist in analyzing customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Help with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases to the relevant team.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, ensuring all customer interactions are properly logged in the CRM system.

• Support the creation and updating of customer success materials, such as FAQs, tutorials, and how-to guides.

• Participate in customer success team meetings to stay updated on current priorities, share insights, and contribute to team goals.

• Assist in creating and maintaining a customer success knowledge base to help improve internal processes.

• Other Tasks: Execute flawlessly on any other task assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

• Recent or currently undergoing NYSC in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in fintech, customer service, and client relationship management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Freshdesk is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic fintech environment.
