Job Title: Product Manager Intern (NYSC)
Salary: N50,000
Location: Remote
We are a forward-thinking fintech company that aims to transform the financial services industry through cutting-edge technology. we are seeking a motivated and creative Product Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager Intern, you will gain valuable experience working closely with the product management team to define and deliver new features and improvements for our fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech space.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and optimizations.
• Support the creation of product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Help develop product documentation, including feature specifications, user flows, and wireframes.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to align on product priorities and provide updates on progress.
• Assist in testing new product features and coordinating beta testing with users.
• Monitor key product performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Other Tasks: Execute flawlessly on any other task assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
• Recent or currently undergoing NYSC in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fintech, technology, and product management.
• Basic understanding of product development cycles and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for creating user-centric products and improving customer experience.
