The Contract Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

• Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.

• Ensure proper product display and merchandising in accordance with company standards.

• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

• Assist with store events and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion store.

• Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of current fashion trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
