• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with businesses in need of a logistics solution.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
• Develop and present competitive proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
• Generate regular sales reports to track performance against targets.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights and strategies.
