Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Salary: N120,000

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Mode: Hybrid

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive manager in both professional and personal capacities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Effectively manage executive calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Correspondence Handling: Screen and prioritize emails, letters, and phone calls, responding on behalf of executive when appropriate.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, ensuring executive is well-equipped for all engagements.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and information.
  • Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects and assignments.
  • Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks and errands for executive as required, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Expense Management: Track and reconcile expenses, preparing expense reports and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional administrative and logistical support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling job responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
