Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Representative to join our team. The Fashion Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting and selling our fashion products to potential and existing customers. This position requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting fashion items, providing product information, and offering style advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell fashion products to boost sales revenue.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s fashion products and trends.
- Stay updated on current fashion industry trends and competitors’ products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring that the store is aesthetically pleasing and products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and organization.
- Report on product demand and feedback to management for inventory planning.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fashion retail sales or a related field.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings, understanding the retail nature of the fashion industry.
