Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Representative to join our team. The Fashion Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting and selling our fashion products to potential and existing customers. This position requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting fashion items, providing product information, and offering style advice.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Actively upsell and cross-sell fashion products to boost sales revenue.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s fashion products and trends.
• Stay updated on current fashion industry trends and competitors’ products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring that the store is aesthetically pleasing and products are displayed attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and organization.
• Report on product demand and feedback to management for inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion retail sales or a related field.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings, understanding the retail nature of the fashion industry.
